Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a written accessibility-rights issue summary, standards comparison, or practical next-step plan for a public service, workplace, or digital platform. Share the setting, the access barrier, who is affected, relevant policies or legal text you already have, and what you need to decide or communicate.

You can follow up with missing details or ask for a different audience, format, or level of detail to refine the draft. This is informational preparation, not legal advice; check current requirements and consequential decisions with a qualified professional.

What it writes

  • A structured accessibility concern summary with affected parties, barriers, and questions for review.
  • A task-specific checklist based on accessibility requirements and context you provide.
  • A draft plain-language inquiry, explanation, or proposed next-step plan.

How to use it

The Agent frames accessibility-rights questions around the setting, barrier, and relevant supplied requirements, then shapes them into readable summaries, checklists, or communications. You can clarify the facts or change the audience and format in follow-up messages to revise the written draft.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Describe the setting, accessibility barrier, and people or services affected.
  • Share relevant policy, regulation, or standards text you have, and identify the jurisdiction if known.
  • State the decision, communication, or planning document you want help preparing.
  • Have a specific setting or accessibility concern in mind.
  • Provide any relevant jurisdiction, policy wording, or requirements available to you; the Agent cannot look up current laws.

A good fit for

  • Organizing an accessibility concern at a workplace, public service, or digital platform into clear issues and questions.
  • Turning supplied accessibility requirements into a planning checklist for a specific setting.
  • Drafting plain-language explanations or written next steps for an accessibility-related concern.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Obtaining a definitive legal opinion or confirmation that an organization complies with current law.
  • Urgent disputes or decisions that require a lawyer, regulator, or other qualified professional to review the facts.
  • Can organize and explain information supplied in chat, but cannot verify current legal requirements or determine compliance conclusively.
  • Can draft plans and communications, but cannot contact organizations, file complaints, or provide professional legal representation.
