Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Our graphic design rubric scores concept, craft, and experimentation from 1 to 5. Assess this applicant’s portfolio: strong typography and layouts, but little evidence of process.
I’m reviewing a film portfolio for an undergraduate program. The applicant submitted two short films and a sound piece; give me strengths, gaps, and committee questions.
Two reviewers disagree about this illustration portfolio. One praises the storytelling, the other flags inconsistent anatomy. Help me compare their notes against our criteria.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Making admission decisions without human review
Assessing work you cannot describe in chat
Cannot view portfolio files, images, videos, or links
Cannot verify applicant claims or predict future performance
