Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For device manufacturers, distributors, and safety teams assembling an incident report, turn known facts into a neutral event narrative and timeline. Add device and patient context under the reporting form’s headings, and list unanswered questions without guessing at missing facts. You leave with report-ready wording for a qualified safety or regulatory reviewer to assess before submission.

Reporting-form text under your headings
Open questions for incident review
How to use it
Include the event date, device model, what happened before and after the event, observed patient outcome, and which facts remain uncertain. Paste the reporting form’s headings to get wording mapped to its fields.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Event sequence, dates, and observed outcomes
Device model and relevant patient context
Reporting form headings or template
Remove names and identifying patient details
A good fit for
Building an incident narrative after a device malfunction or injury
Mapping event dates and outcomes before completing a reporting form
Checking an incident summary for unanswered factual questions
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
A patient’s infusion pump stopped twice on May 4; the alarm sounded, and staff switched to a backup. Make a factual timeline and mark unknowns.
Use these headings—device, patient, event, outcome—to summarize a glucose meter reading error reported on June 12. The patient had no symptoms.
Review this incident summary for neutral wording and missing facts: a home oxygen concentrator stopped overnight, the patient used a spare, and the cause is unknown.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Deciding legal reportability or clinical causation
Replacing safety, clinical, or regulatory review
Cannot verify incident facts or device performance
Cannot confirm current reporting rules or submit reports
