Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a clear consumer-agency complaint draft from a concise account of the problem, where it happened, key dates, the company’s response, and the resolution you want. Share relevant text from receipts, agreements, or prior messages; leave out sensitive details you do not need to include. In follow-up, clarify the timeline, refine the requested remedy, or adapt the wording to an agency you identify. You can ask for general guidance on which type of agency may fit, then verify current jurisdiction and filing steps before submitting.

What it writes

  • A polished complaint letter or online-form response based on supplied facts.
  • A concise incident timeline with supporting details to include or clarify.
  • A list of questions and information to check before choosing an agency or submitting a complaint.

How to use it

The task is framed around turning a consumer dispute into a structured written complaint, with space to organize dates, prior contact, supporting details, and the requested remedy. Conversational revisions can clarify gaps, adjust tone, and reshape the draft as the buyer supplies more context.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • A short account of the consumer issue, including location and relevant dates.
  • The business or service involved, steps already taken, and the resolution you want.
  • Relevant excerpts from receipts, agreements, or correspondence; omit unnecessary sensitive information.
  • Have a basic timeline of what happened and when.
  • Know the location connected to the dispute and the outcome you are requesting.

A good fit for

  • Consumers organizing the facts of a dispute before contacting an agency.
  • People who want help turning a scattered timeline and supporting details into a readable complaint.
  • Anyone seeking general guidance on what type of consumer agency may be relevant to their issue.

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Help me draft a consumer-agency complaint about [issue] in [location]. The key dates are [dates], the business has [response or no response], and I want [resolution].

Organize these facts into a clear complaint timeline and identify gaps I should fill: [facts and relevant document excerpts].

Based on this description, what type of consumer agency might be relevant, and what should I verify before submitting? [issue, location, steps already taken]

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Submitting a complaint, contacting an agency or business, or tracking a case.
  • Urgent legal advice or a determination of legal rights, deadlines, or likely outcomes.
  • Can draft and revise complaint wording from details supplied in chat, but cannot file, send, or track a complaint.
  • Cannot check live agency rules or establish which agency has jurisdiction; verify current requirements with the agency.
