Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written draft from your mediation notes by sharing the agreed terms, each person's responsibilities, relevant dates, and any points still unresolved. Include the jurisdiction and family-law context if known, and leave out identifying details you do not need to share. The draft can organize terms about parenting, support, property, or other mediated issues. Follow up with corrections or requests to clarify wording and structure; have a qualified lawyer review it before relying on or signing it.
What it writes
A structured family mediation agreement draft based on supplied terms
A clause-by-clause list of unclear or unresolved points
Revised wording for specified responsibilities, dates, or agreement terms
How to use it
The task is framed around turning mediation details into organized written terms, while keeping unresolved items visible rather than silently filling gaps. You can refine the draft through follow-up requests to clarify wording, adjust structure, or incorporate corrected details.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Mediation notes or a plain-language summary of agreed and unresolved terms
Relevant details such as responsibilities, dates, and amounts, with unnecessary personal identifiers omitted
Jurisdiction and agreement context, if known
Know which terms the parties have agreed to and which remain open
Provide the relevant facts and figures in text; do not include details you are not comfortable sharing
A good fit for
Organizing mediated parenting arrangements into readable written terms
Structuring agreed support, property, or expense terms and listing unresolved points
Clarifying responsibilities and timelines in a family mediation draft
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Turn these mediation notes into a structured draft about [parenting arrangement], preserving the agreed terms and flagging anything unclear: [notes]
Organize these agreed [support/property/expense] terms into clear clauses, and list questions I should resolve: [terms and amounts]
Review this draft for ambiguous wording and inconsistent responsibilities or dates; suggest clearer text without changing the intended terms: [draft]
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Getting a guaranteed enforceable agreement or a substitute for advice from a family lawyer
Resolving disputed issues without the parties' input or making decisions for them
Filing, serving, signing, or negotiating an agreement on your behalf
Drafts and revisions are based on information supplied in chat; they are not legal advice or a determination of legal compliance
A qualified lawyer should review the draft for the relevant jurisdiction before signing or relying on it
