Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For people managing a known or suspected allergy, this chat turns your reaction history and clinician’s directions into an allergy action plan to review with your care team. List exposure triggers, symptoms, and the steps your clinician has already approved. Get a caregiver handout and a checklist of gaps to ask about, so family members or school staff know what information to confirm before using the plan.
What it writes
Allergy action plan for review
Caregiver or school handout
Questions for your healthcare professional
How to use it
Include the suspected allergen, what happened and when, who will use the plan, and the clinician’s exact medication and response instructions. This lets the plan separate known guidance from questions that still need a clinician’s answer.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Known allergen and likely exposure situations
Past reaction symptoms and timing
Clinician-approved medication and response instructions
Use clinician directions for medication steps
A good fit for
Sharing an allergy response plan with a child’s school or daycare
Preparing caregivers for reactions to a known food allergen
Gathering questions after a new or changing allergy reaction

I had hives and wheezing after eating shrimp last week, but I have no diagnosis yet. Help me list the reaction details and questions for my doctor.
