Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For designers and small creative teams losing time hunting for logos, photos, templates, and finished work. Create a folder taxonomy, set naming and metadata rules, and map existing asset names to useful tags. Paste a sample list of files to get a catalog plan you can apply in your storage system, plus rules your team can use for new assets.
What it writes
Asset folder taxonomy
File naming and tagging rules
Metadata field checklist
How to use it
In your first message, include 10–20 real file names, the asset types, and the searches people need to make; that lets the catalog plan match your actual library.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Examples of current file names
Asset types and storage locations
How people search for files
A list of common asset types
A good fit for
Searching several drives for the latest logo or campaign images
Setting shared file names and tags before a team migration
Cataloging a growing stock photo and template collection
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
We have 600 product photos named with SKU codes across year and campaign folders. Suggest a folder structure and tags for finding images by product, season, and usage rights.
Our design team saves logos, fonts, and exports with inconsistent names. Create a file naming rule with examples for brand, format, version, and date.
Here are 20 file names from our shared drive: logo_final2.svg, spring-sale-banner-new.png, and hero_approved_FINAL.psd. Propose useful categories and metadata fields.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Automatically scanning or renaming stored files
Connecting to creative or storage software
Plans and metadata suggestions rely on names you paste.
Cannot inspect files, images, drives, or software libraries.

What happens after payment?
Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account. Choose a starter task, add your inputs, and send your first request.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage cancellation under Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Review the status and cancellation details shown there before confirming.
What if the response is not right for me?
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Can I use the response in my work?
Use it as a draft to review and adapt. Verify calculations, facts, rights, and suitability before relying on it. Do not provide information you do not have permission to share.
Can I paste work or client information?
Your request and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Use placeholders and share only the minimum information you have permission to send. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information; removing names alone does not make restricted material suitable. Review the Privacy Policy before sharing work
