Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written eligibility assessment for a leave, health, retirement, or other employment benefit. Share the benefit type, relevant policy or plan wording, applicable rules you have, and the employee’s pertinent work and enrollment details; omit unnecessary personal identifiers. The draft can organize criteria, compare supplied facts with those criteria, and flag missing information or questions for HR follow-up.
Rules and policies can change and depend on the circumstances. Check the assessment against current authoritative guidance and have qualified HR or legal staff review decisions with legal or financial consequences.
What it writes
A criterion-by-criterion benefits eligibility assessment based on supplied facts
A checklist of missing information and issues to confirm with HR
A concise set of employee or HR follow-up questions about a benefits request
How to use it
The Agent frames a benefits question as criteria, relevant facts, and unresolved points, making it easier to prepare a focused written assessment. You can refine the draft in conversation as you clarify policy wording or add relevant employee details; decisions still need appropriate human review.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Benefit type and the relevant plan, policy, or rule text available to you
Employee facts relevant to the criteria, such as work status, hours, tenure, or enrollment dates
Your jurisdiction and the specific eligibility question or decision point
Provide the applicable policy, plan, or rule language when you have it
Share only the employment and enrollment details needed to assess the stated criteria
A good fit for
HR staff organizing facts against an employer benefit policy
Employees preparing focused questions about leave, insurance, retirement, or other benefits
Employers identifying missing information before reviewing a benefits request

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
A binding legal determination or guaranteed eligibility decision
Benefits advice based on facts or current rules that have not been supplied
Works from information supplied in chat; it does not verify current law, plan records, or employee data
Produces written analysis and questions, not an official eligibility decision or benefits transaction
