Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For medical billers and clinic staff weighing code choices, compare candidate CPT, HCPCS, or ICD-10-CM codes against the documented service and clinical facts. See which distinctions matter, where documentation may not support a choice, and what to check in payer guidance. Leave with a side-by-side code comparison, a rationale for human review, and questions to resolve before claim entry.

Coding rationale tied to the note
Documentation questions for coding review
How to use it
Include the exact service, relevant note details, candidate codes, and the code-set year. Add payer guidance if it applies; this gives you a more useful comparison and a focused list of documentation gaps.

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
A note describes removal of a 1.2 cm benign lesion from the forearm. Compare CPT 11402 and 11403 and list the documentation points that matter.
The assessment says type 2 diabetes with chronic kidney disease, stage 3b. Compare E11.22 and E11.9 using ICD-10-CM conventions.
We billed an established patient office visit with medication management. Compare 99213 and 99214 against these note details: stable hypertension, prescription adjustment, and review of two lab results.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Submitting claims or contacting payers
Final coding decisions without current guideline review
Medical advice or treatment recommendations
