Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For people reviewing a home glucose log or lab results, this chat explains how fasting, pre-meal, and post-meal timing affects the reading’s context. It can summarize patterns across typed values and make questions for your next appointment. You leave with a plain-language reading summary, notes on context that may matter, and questions to raise with your healthcare professional.
What it writes
Plain-language reading summary
Glucose pattern notes by timing
Questions for your healthcare professional
How to use it
For the most useful interpretation, list each value with its unit, date, and timing relative to meals; include your clinician’s target and any symptoms you want to ask about.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Glucose values and measurement units
Timing, such as fasting or after meals
Any target range from your clinician
Know whether readings are from a meter or lab
A good fit for
Reviewing fasting and after-meal readings before a diabetes appointment
Making sense of a week of home glucose meter readings
Preparing questions after seeing a high lab glucose result
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Explain these readings in context: 102 mg/dL before breakfast, 148 mg/dL two hours after lunch, and 96 mg/dL before bed. My clinician’s target is under 140 after meals.
Summarize my glucose log for my appointment: fasting readings were 112, 118, and 109 mg/dL over three mornings; I take metformin with dinner.
What questions should I ask about a lab glucose of 168 mg/dL? The test was taken about an hour after lunch, and I have no stated target range.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Diagnosing diabetes or other conditions from readings
Changing medication or replacing medical advice
It cannot access meter data or lab reports directly.
Missing units or timing can limit interpretation.
