Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a breach-clause draft or review by sharing the relevant contract wording, the obligations it covers, and the consequences or remedies you want to address. Include the governing jurisdiction and business context if known. The Agent can organize the issues and suggest clearer language; follow-up details about priorities or preferred wording can help refine the draft. Treat the result as a working draft for review by qualified counsel, not a determination of enforceability.
What it writes
A proposed breach-clause draft based on supplied obligations and remedies.
A plain-language issue list identifying ambiguous triggers or consequences in supplied clause text.
A side-by-side written comparison of alternative breach clauses and their stated risk allocation.
How to use it
The Agent frames the work around breach triggers, obligations, remedies, and consequences, giving you a structured starting point for contract discussions. You can add priorities, context, or preferred wording in follow-up messages and request revisions to the written draft or analysis.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring

Explain the intended remedy, consequence, or risk allocation.

Determining whether a clause is enforceable or resolving a live legal dispute.

Provides written analysis and draft language only; it does not determine legal enforceability.
Cannot review an entire contract unless relevant text is supplied in chat or take action on a contract.
