Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a clearer comparison of call and put strategies by sharing the underlying asset, contract details, premiums, expiry, and your market assumptions. The Agent can explain key terms, calculate possible outcomes from figures you provide, and organize risks and trade-offs in a readable plan. Follow up with corrected numbers or a changed outlook to revise the comparison or explore another scenario. Options involve risk; check figures and suitability independently before trading.
What it writes
A plain-language explanation of a call, a put, or their key differences
A written comparison of possible option outcomes using supplied contract details and scenarios
A structured summary of a proposed strategy's assumptions, potential outcomes, and risks
How to use it
The task is framed around understandable calls-and-puts explanations and scenario comparisons, with a structure for contract inputs, assumptions, outcomes, and risks. You can revise the figures or outlook in follow-up messages and request an updated written comparison.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Underlying asset and whether you are considering a call or put, or comparing both
Strike, expiration, premium, and any fees or other figures to include
Your market outlook and assumptions for possible price scenarios
Provide the contract terms and figures you want used; do not assume the Agent can look them up.
For outcome calculations, specify the scenario prices and any fees or other assumptions to include.
A good fit for
Learning how calls and puts differ and how their basic terms fit together
Comparing possible outcomes for proposed option scenarios using supplied figures
Organizing assumptions, risks, and trade-offs before independently evaluating a trade
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Explain the difference between a call and a put for [underlying] in plain language, using [market outlook] as context.
Compare these scenarios for a [call/put]: underlying [price], strike [strike], premium [premium], expiration [date], and fees [amount].
Help me organize the assumptions and risks for considering [strategy] on [underlying]; my outlook is [outlook] and my main concern is [concern].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
A personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an options position
Live market analysis or confirmation of current prices, contract details, or trading conditions
Calculations and comparisons are based only on details supplied in the chat and are not live market checks.
The Agent can explain and draft analysis, but cannot place trades or determine whether an investment is suitable for you.
