Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For aid staff and researchers assessing refugee-camp conditions, paste field notes, reports, or figures to examine shelter, sanitation, safety, and access to water or food. Compare reports across sites or dates, flag gaps in the evidence, and set out intervention priorities grounded in the findings. Leave with an assessment or briefing you can share with your team.

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Assess these notes from a camp of 8,000 people in northern Jordan, collected in May: 40 families share each latrine block, and 120 tents need repairs.
Compare these two reports on water access: Camp A had 15 liters per person daily in March; Camp B had 9 liters in April. Note what the figures do and do not show.
Create intervention priorities for a team briefing from these findings: 60% of surveyed households lack winter blankets, and two clinic water points are out of service.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
