Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a practical written care plan for an older adult, with a schedule, task assignments, and communication notes shaped around the details you provide. Share relevant routines, appointments, care responsibilities, and who is available to help; omit private details that aren’t needed. If you clarify a task, change in availability, or new constraint in a follow-up, the draft can be revised to reflect it. Use the plan as an organizing aid, not a substitute for medical guidance.
What it writes
A daily or weekly caregiving schedule with tasks and assigned helpers.
A responsibility checklist organized by person, timing, or care routine.
A draft provider message summarizing supplied observations and questions.
How to use it
The task is framed around older-adult caregiving, turning routines, responsibilities, and availability into an organized written plan. You can refine the schedule or communication draft through follow-up details and revisions, while keeping medical decisions with qualified professionals.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the older adult’s routine, care tasks, and relevant appointments.
List helpers, their availability, and any task preferences or constraints.
Include the format or planning period you want, such as a weekly schedule.
Provide the care details and constraints you want included in the draft.
For a shared plan, identify helpers and the responsibilities they have agreed to take on.
A good fit for
Family caregivers dividing recurring responsibilities among several helpers.
Organizing daily routines and appointment-related tasks in one written plan.
Preparing clear notes or questions for a conversation with a care provider.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Diagnosing conditions or deciding what medical treatment or care is appropriate.
Live coordination, reminders, or monitoring of caregivers, appointments, or routines.
Replacing urgent professional help or individualized advice from qualified providers.
Produces written planning and communication drafts from supplied details; it does not contact providers or caregivers.
Does not monitor care, send reminders, or verify medical or scheduling information.
Have a qualified healthcare professional review care decisions and medical instructions.
