Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written daily routine, caregiver stress-management plan, or set of questions for a healthcare conversation based on the memory-care situation you describe. Share the person’s needs, current schedule, care tasks, available help, and the challenges you’re facing; then ask for revisions to fit your time, priorities, and preferences. The draft can help organize your thinking, but it does not replace individualized guidance from clinicians or local service providers.
What it writes
A written daily caregiver routine shaped around stated needs and constraints.
A practical caregiver stress-management plan based on the support and time available.
An organized question list for a healthcare conversation about memory-care concerns.
How to use it
The Agent frames memory-care caregiving questions as practical written plans, routines, and conversation notes using the context you provide. You can refine the draft in follow-up messages as needs, schedules, or priorities change.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring

For a healthcare question list, describe the concern and what you already know.

For a tailored plan, provide the relevant routine, care needs, and practical constraints.
A good fit for
Caregivers who want to organize daily routines around memory-care needs.
