Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a practical cart-abandonment review with likely friction points, prioritized changes, and recovery-message wording. Share your store type, available abandonment and checkout figures, device or traffic patterns, and what customers see at each step; estimates and anonymized observations are fine. The first draft can organize evidence into hypotheses and suggested checks. Add missing context or correct assumptions in a follow-up, and the review can be revised into a tighter action plan for your team to evaluate.
What it writes
A written cart-abandonment review that separates supplied evidence from possible causes
A prioritized checklist of checkout questions and changes for the team to evaluate
A set of recovery-message drafts tailored to supplied audience and brand guidance
How to use it
The task framing brings supplied figures, checkout details, and customer context into one review, then structures possible causes and next checks for easier discussion. You can clarify assumptions, add details, or adjust the audience in follow-up messages to refine the written plan and recovery copy.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Store type, products, and a short description of the checkout flow
Any available cart and checkout figures, including the time period and how they were collected
Known customer feedback, device patterns, or checkout changes that may provide context
Provide the relevant figures or describe what data is available; no live store connection is used
Remove personal customer details before sharing examples or feedback
A good fit for
E-commerce teams looking to organize possible checkout friction points for review
Store owners who want to interpret supplied abandonment figures alongside customer or device context
Marketers preparing recovery-message drafts for an internal review
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Review these cart and checkout figures for [store type] over [time period]. List plausible abandonment causes and the evidence or missing data for each: [figures and context].
Based on this checkout flow for [product type], identify potential friction points and suggest a prioritized set of checks for our team: [step-by-step flow and known customer feedback].
Draft three cart-recovery messages for [customer segment] after [abandonment timing]. Use [brand tone] and include [offer or policy details, if applicable].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Businesses seeking live analytics access, instrumented funnel measurement, or verified diagnoses
Teams expecting changes to a store, checkout, or customer messaging system to be implemented
Can draft analysis, hypotheses, suggested checks, and recovery-message wording from details supplied in chat; it cannot verify causes or measure changes in sales
Cannot access store analytics, edit a checkout, send messages, or implement and monitor recommendations
