Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a clear message to a caseworker, a client update, or a concise communication log from the dates, issue, benefit program, and action needed. Share relevant correspondence or summarize it in chat, removing sensitive details where possible. The Agent can organize the facts, suggest a respectful tone, and draft wording for your review. In a follow-up, clarify the audience, urgency, or new information to revise the draft; you remain responsible for checking details and sending it through the appropriate channel.
What it writes
A caseworker message or client update with a clear purpose and requested next step.
A concise, date-ordered communication log based on details you provide.
A revised message that incorporates your clarifications about tone, audience, or new information.
How to use it
The Agent frames benefit-related communication around the audience, issue, key dates, and requested next step. It can shape supplied details into readable messages or records, then revise the wording as you clarify context, without taking over contact with agencies or case decisions.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
The benefit application or appeal issue, relevant dates, and the action or response needed.
The intended reader and any relevant message or case history, summarized or pasted with sensitive details removed where possible.
Know whether the draft is for a client, caseworker, or personal record.
Provide the relevant facts and desired next step in text.
A good fit for
Caseworkers preparing clear, respectful client updates about an application or appeal.
Clients organizing questions or explaining a benefit-related issue to a caseworker.
People turning scattered case details into a concise communication log or follow-up draft.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Draft a respectful message to my caseworker about [issue], including [key dates] and asking for [specific next step].
Turn these notes into a client update about [application or appeal status]: [paste notes].

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Determining eligibility, interpreting a benefits decision, or providing legal advice about an appeal.
Urgent situations that require direct contact with a caseworker, advocate, or emergency service.
Drafts and communication logs are written for your review; the Agent cannot send messages, contact agencies, or update case records.
The Agent cannot access benefit files or verify case status, rules, deadlines, or facts not supplied in the chat.
