Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a structured comparison of possible charge-reduction options, their stated legal implications, and questions to raise in plea discussions. Share the jurisdiction, current charges, relevant case facts, procedural stage, and any proposed plea terms or legal materials you have; omit identifying details where possible.
Use follow-up messages to correct assumptions, add context, or ask for a different format, such as a negotiation-point outline. This is written preparation, not legal advice; a qualified defense lawyer should assess the law and strategy for the case.
What it writes
A structured comparison of supplied plea or charge-reduction options
A plain-language explanation of legal implications stated in provided materials
A tailored set of questions or negotiation points for counsel
How to use it
The task is framed around comparing charge-reduction options and preparing for plea discussions, with structure that can make supplied facts and terms easier to review. Follow-up messages let you refine the context, correct assumptions, and reshape the written result.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Jurisdiction and current charges, with the procedural stage if known
Relevant facts and any proposed plea terms or legal materials to consider
The specific comparison, explanation, or negotiation preparation you want
Provide enough case context to distinguish the charges and proposed terms
For jurisdiction-specific discussion, identify the relevant jurisdiction and share any legal text you want considered
A good fit for
Organizing possible charge-reduction options for a plea discussion
Comparing potential outcomes described in supplied case materials
Preparing questions and talking points for a defense lawyer
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Using these facts and this jurisdiction [jurisdiction], outline questions to discuss with counsel about possible reductions from [current charges].
Compare these proposed plea terms [terms] with the current charges [charges], noting implications and uncertainties in the materials I provide.
Turn these case facts and negotiation concerns [details] into a concise list of discussion points for my defense lawyer.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
A substitute for advice from a qualified criminal defense lawyer
A prediction that a prosecutor or court will accept a proposed resolution
Can organize and explain supplied information in writing, but cannot verify current law or determine case-specific legal strategy.
Does not negotiate with prosecutors, contact courts, or file documents; have a lawyer review any legal analysis or draft before relying on it.
