Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a structured written analysis of charging considerations from the case facts and materials you provide. Share the jurisdiction, relevant timeline, available evidence, and any statutes or legal standards you want considered; the draft can organize evidentiary questions, discretion factors, and procedural issues for review.

Use follow-up messages to clarify facts, compare possible charge theories, or revise the analysis for a particular audience. Verify current law and all legal conclusions with appropriate authoritative sources and qualified counsel.

What it writes

  • A structured charging considerations memo based on supplied facts and legal standards.
  • A side-by-side written comparison of specified charge theories and their evidentiary considerations.
  • A checklist of unresolved factual, evidentiary, and procedural questions for further review.

How to use it

The task framing keeps the discussion centered on supplied facts, applicable standards, evidence, discretion, and procedure. A clear structure helps separate issues and uncertainties, while conversational revisions can refine the analysis as you clarify the facts, audience, or question.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Provide the jurisdiction and relevant statutes or legal standards, if known.
  • Summarize the alleged conduct, timeline, and available evidence, distinguishing established facts from disputed claims.
  • State the analysis question and any intended audience or format.
  • Have a concise case summary and identify which details are alleged, disputed, or confirmed.
  • For jurisdiction-specific analysis, supply the relevant law or plan to verify legal standards with authoritative sources.

A good fit for

  • Legal professionals organizing factors relevant to a charging analysis.
  • Law students studying how facts and evidence relate to charging considerations.
  • Reviewing alternative charge theories or identifying factual and procedural questions for follow-up.

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Using [jurisdiction] and these supplied facts [case summary], outline the key charging considerations and questions that need resolution.

Compare these possible charges [charges] against the supplied evidence [evidence summary] under [provided legal standards], noting strengths, gaps, and uncertainties.

Revise this charging analysis [draft or notes] for [audience], separating established facts, disputed facts, and issues requiring legal verification.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • A final charging decision, legal opinion, or substitute for advice from qualified counsel.
  • Evaluating a specific matter without sufficient supplied facts or a stated jurisdiction.
  • Produces written analysis from supplied context; it does not investigate facts, access case files, or check current law independently.
  • Does not make or carry out charging decisions; legal professionals must verify the analysis and apply their judgment.
