Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a clear, organized overview of a child’s rash, including its appearance, timing, symptoms, possible common causes, and questions to discuss with a clinician. Share the child’s age, where the rash is, when it began, how it has changed, and any fever, itching, pain, exposures, or medicines; describe it in text rather than relying on an image.
A follow-up with missing details or corrections can sharpen the summary and tailor general care information. This is educational support, not a diagnosis; seek urgent medical care for severe symptoms or rapid worsening.
What it writes
A structured written summary of the rash’s appearance, timeline, and related symptoms
A plain-language overview of common possibilities based on the details supplied
A concise list of questions to raise with a clinician
How to use it
The conversation is framed around the details that help describe a childhood rash, then organizes them into a readable summary and focused questions. You can correct or add information in follow-up to refine the draft and its general context.
This workspace provides text assistance.
