Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written civil-procedure deadline timeline from the case details and rule text you provide. Share the court and jurisdiction, the triggering event and date, relevant filing or service details, and any applicable counting rules or holidays; the Agent can organize the dates, show its assumptions, and flag information to confirm. Follow up with corrections or additional rules to revise the draft. Verify deadlines against current court rules or qualified legal guidance before relying on them.
What it writes
A dated civil-procedure deadline timeline with stated assumptions
A chronological filing and response checklist based on supplied case events
A written review of a proposed deadline calculation with verification questions
How to use it
The task is framed around the event dates, procedural context, and rule details needed to organize a civil deadline plan. A structured timeline, explicit assumptions, and conversational revisions make it easier to refine the written draft as you supply corrections or additional information.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Court and jurisdiction, plus the relevant procedural rule or rule text if available
Triggering event and date, such as service or entry of an order, with relevant case details
Applicable counting conventions, holidays, extensions, or other facts that may affect the calculation
Have the key event dates and case details available in text
Provide the governing court rule or enough jurisdictional context to frame the draft; confirm the current rule independently
A good fit for
Organizing a civil case’s upcoming response, motion, or filing dates
Turning supplied procedural rules and case dates into a readable timeline
Reviewing deadline assumptions and identifying details to confirm

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Monitoring a docket or reminding you as deadlines approach
A definitive legal determination or a substitute for current court rules and legal advice
Produces written planning and calculations from supplied information; it does not access live court rules or docket records
Does not track deadlines, send reminders, file documents, or determine whether a filing complies with court requirements
