Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Get a plain-language summary of key terms, costs, and questions to raise about your home-closing paperwork. Paste relevant text from a deed, settlement statement, mortgage agreement, or disclosure, and say what you want to understand or compare. You can follow up with another excerpt or clarify your concerns to refine the summary and organize questions. This is written guidance, not a legal review; consult a qualified professional about legal obligations or signing decisions.
What it writes
A plain-language explanation of selected closing-document clauses.
A structured summary of terms and charges appearing in supplied text.
A prioritized list of questions to discuss with a relevant closing professional.
How to use it
The task is framed around understanding specific closing paperwork, with useful structures for summaries, term explanations, comparisons, and follow-up questions. You can add context or paste another excerpt in conversation to revise and focus the written guidance.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Paste the relevant text from the closing document; include headings or nearby clauses when they clarify an excerpt.
Name the document type and explain which terms, costs, or language you want clarified.
Remove personal or financial details that are not needed for the question.
Have the relevant document text available to paste into chat; files and images cannot be inspected here.
For useful context, know the document type and your specific question or concern.
A good fit for
Understanding unfamiliar language in a deed, mortgage agreement, disclosure, or settlement statement.
Summarizing listed charges or terms in text supplied from closing paperwork.
Preparing focused questions for a title professional, lender, or real-estate attorney.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Explain this excerpt from my [document type] in plain language and identify terms I may want clarified: [paste excerpt].
Summarize these listed settlement charges and explain what questions I could ask about them: [paste text].
Compare these two supplied versions of a [document type] and describe the wording changes: [paste both excerpts].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Replacing a lawyer's advice, a title professional's review, or another qualified review of a specific transaction.
Determining whether a document complies with law or should be signed based only on a chat summary.
Can explain and organize text you provide, but cannot inspect complete documents unless their text is pasted into chat.
Cannot verify legal compliance, confirm transaction facts, or decide whether a document is safe to sign.
