Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Use this for a website flow, public space, workplace route, form, or set of instructions that may be hard to follow. Describe the task and who uses it, and get a barrier checklist, prioritized changes, or simpler wording for signs and instructions. You leave with concrete items to review with users and your design or communications team.

What it writes

  • Cognitive-accessibility barrier checklist
  • Prioritized changes with reasons
  • Simpler sign or instruction wording

How to use it

In your first message, name the exact task, who is trying to complete it, and where they get stuck. Include the relevant sign, form wording, screen sequence, or route details so the review can point to specific barriers.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Space, interface, or message description
  • Intended users and task
  • Known barriers and project constraints
  • Choose one specific task or route to review

A good fit for

  • Reviewing a service form that users abandon or complete incorrectly
  • Planning a public route with confusing signs and decision points
  • Simplifying instructions for a service used by people with varied cognitive needs

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Review our clinic appointment form for cognitive-accessibility barriers. Patients include people with memory and attention difficulties; the form is two pages and asks for insurance details.

Our library entrance has three doors and signs that visitors often miss. Make a prioritized review checklist for the route from sidewalk to check-in desk.

Simplify these recycling instructions for residents with varied reading and processing needs: Rinse containers, separate lids, flatten cartons, and place items in the correct bins.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Formal accessibility certification or compliance decisions
  • A substitute for feedback from people with cognitive disabilities
  • Reviews rely on your description, not site or interface inspection
  • Recommendations do not replace testing with intended users
