Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a structured overview of claimed compensatory damages by sharing the dispute context, the losses at issue, and any legal rules or notes you want considered. The Agent can help distinguish economic from non-economic losses, compare supplied figures, and explain how the stated losses relate to compensation. Follow up with corrections, additional facts, or a preferred audience to refine the draft. Use the result as preparation for study or discussion, not as legal advice or a substitute for qualified legal review.
What it writes
A categorized written summary of supplied economic and non-economic losses
A comparison of stated damages figures with calculations based on supplied numbers
A plain-language explanation connecting provided facts and rules to compensatory damages
How to use it
The Agent frames the task around loss categories, supplied figures, and the rules or facts you provide. Its structured written drafts can support study or legal discussion, and conversational revisions let you clarify assumptions, adjust the audience, or refine the explanation.
This workspace provides text assistance.

A legal opinion, case-specific strategy, or determination of what damages a court will award
Research into current jurisdiction-specific law or verification of authorities
Can draft explanations, comparisons, and calculations from supplied information; it cannot verify law, facts, or authorities.
Does not provide professional legal advice or determine liability, entitlement, or likely awards; have a qualified legal professional review case-specific work.
