Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a clear written guide to which consumer-product safety agency may be relevant, what its general role is, and what questions or reporting steps to consider. Share the product type, where it is sold or used, the safety concern, and any agency or notice you already have; the Agent can organize those details into a comparison or draft inquiry. Follow up with corrections or added context to revise the explanation. Verify current requirements and contact agencies directly; this is not legal advice.
What it writes
A plain-language comparison of relevant agency roles based on your supplied context
A written list of questions to ask about a product safety concern
A draft outline of reporting steps and details to verify before contacting an agency
How to use it
The Agent frames the conversation around the product, location, and safety concern, then organizes the supplied details into readable agency explanations, questions, or reporting outlines. You can add context or correct assumptions in follow-up messages to refine the draft.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring

Country, state, or other relevant location, plus where the product is sold or used
Any agency names, notices, correspondence, or reporting steps you want explained
Have a concise description of the product and the safety issue ready

A good fit for
Comparing the general roles of consumer-product safety agencies
Organizing a product safety concern into questions for an agency

Help me organize these details into questions and possible reporting steps to verify: [product and concern], [location], [notices or steps already taken].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Urgent product hazards that require immediate action or emergency assistance
A definitive legal determination or confirmation of current compliance obligations
Submitting a report or communicating with a government agency on your behalf
Provides written explanations based on the context you supply; it cannot browse for live agency information or inspect files.
Can draft questions and reporting outlines, but cannot contact agencies, file reports, or verify that a submission was received.
Its explanations are not legal advice; check current requirements with the relevant agency or a qualified professional.
