Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Turn supplied outbreak notes into an organized exposure summary, a draft contact-prioritization framework, or a report outline for public health review. Share the relevant scenario, dates or time ranges, exposure settings, and the questions you need answered. Omit or generalize details that could identify anyone, including dates and locations when needed under your organization’s policies. Follow up with corrections or added context to refine the draft; apply current public health guidance and have qualified staff review decisions.

What it writes

  • A structured exposure timeline with clearly marked unknowns.
  • A draft contact-prioritization framework based on criteria you provide.
  • An outbreak report or response update outline for staff review.

How to use it

The task framing helps turn supplied outbreak context into practical written materials, with useful structure for timelines, prioritization criteria, or reports. Conversational revisions let you clarify the scenario, adjust the audience, and refine wording before staff review.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • A de-identified description of the outbreak scenario and the question you want to address.
  • Relevant exposure events, approximate dates or time ranges, settings, and contact categories, generalized as needed to protect privacy.
  • Any supplied criteria or guidance your organization wants reflected in the draft.
  • Remove direct identifiers and omit or generalize dates, locations, and other details that could identify someone in a small outbreak, consistent with organizational policy.
  • Provide only information you are authorized to share in a text conversation.
  • Have qualified public health staff check drafts against current guidance and local protocols before use.

A good fit for

  • Public health staff organizing supplied exposure notes into a clear summary.
  • Drafting a contact-prioritization framework for review against local protocols.
  • Preparing a written outbreak update or response-planning outline from provided information.

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Organize this de-identified exposure scenario into a concise timeline and list of follow-up questions: [scenario, events, and approximate dates].

Using these supplied criteria, draft a contact-prioritization framework for staff review: [criteria and generalized exposure details].

Create an outbreak update outline from these de-identified notes, separating known information from open questions: [notes and intended audience].

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Identifying, locating, or contacting exposed people.
  • Making final testing, quarantine, or other public health decisions.
  • Handling identifiable case records or replacing approved organizational systems and procedures.
  • Works with text supplied in chat; it cannot access records, inspect files, or verify live outbreak information.
  • Can draft summaries and frameworks, but cannot perform tracing, contact people, or determine official actions.
  • Outputs are written drafts, not validated epidemiological findings or approved public health guidance.
