Turn contract dispute facts and relevant contract text into a structured issue summary, risk questions, and practical resolution options to discuss with counsel.
Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a clear written overview of a contract dispute by sharing the relevant clauses, a timeline, what each side says happened, and your goals. The draft can organize disputed facts, identify issues to examine, and outline possible resolution approaches based on the information you provide. You can follow up with corrections, additional details, or a preferred audience to revise the structure and wording. This is general drafting support, not legal advice; have a qualified lawyer assess the law and your specific situation.
What it writes
A structured contract dispute brief separating known facts, disputed points, and open questions.
A lawyer-meeting question list focused on supplied clauses and dispute facts.
A written comparison of possible resolution approaches based on stated goals and constraints.
How to use it
The task framing helps turn contract language, a timeline, and competing accounts into organized written material. You can request a focused issue summary, questions, or resolution options, then refine the draft through follow-up with added facts, corrections, and audience preferences.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Paste the contract clauses or relevant excerpts and identify the agreement type.
Provide a brief timeline, each party’s stated position, and the outcome you want to explore.
Share any legal materials you want considered as pasted text; remove sensitive details where possible.
Have the relevant contract language and a basic timeline available in text.
For analysis of particular authorities, provide the case excerpts or legal materials you want summarized.
A good fit for
Organizing facts and disputed contract terms into a readable issue summary.
Preparing questions and topics to discuss with a lawyer about risks or resolution options.
Revising a dispute overview for a specific audience, such as a business partner or counsel.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Getting legal advice, representation, or a definitive assessment of your rights or chances of success.
Researching current case law or verifying legal authorities that you have not supplied.
Can draft and revise written issue summaries and options from information supplied in chat; it cannot independently investigate facts or browse for current law.
Does not provide legal advice or determine enforceability, liability, litigation prospects, or the right course of action; consult qualified counsel.
