Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For school counselors and administrators building or updating a K–12 counseling program, map schoolwide priorities to classroom lessons, small-group services, and individual support pathways. Compare options for needs such as attendance, college and career readiness, or peer conflict, then account for staff time and existing services. Leave with a program plan, intervention menu, and resource questions for your school team.
What it writes
Annual counseling services plan
Intervention options by student need
Staff time and resource checklist
How to use it
In your first message, name the grades served, counselor-to-student workload, top three student needs, current services, and any calendar or staffing limits. That makes the proposed program components and time allocation more useful.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
School level, enrollment, and counselor staffing
Priority needs and existing student supports
Planning calendar or district requirements
Know which grades the plan covers
A good fit for
Building an annual counseling plan for a K–8 school with limited counselor time
Adding college and career lessons for high school students
Planning small-group support for attendance concerns across grade levels
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
We serve grades 6–8, have one counselor for 520 students, and want to address attendance and peer conflict. Suggest a year plan with classroom lessons and small groups.
Our high school wants a college and career readiness sequence for grades 9–12. We have monthly advisory periods and a part-time counselor; map out key topics by grade.
Review this program outline: grades K–5, monthly classroom lessons, friendship groups, and crisis referrals. Suggest missing service components and resource questions for our team.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Urgent student crisis response or individual counseling
Clinical diagnosis or treatment decisions
Cannot assess individual students or determine service eligibility
Recommendations need review against district policies and staff capacity
