Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.

Prepare a structured analysis of a criminal offense by supplying the jurisdiction, the relevant statute or rule, and the facts or hypothetical you want examined. The Agent can explain how conduct, mental state, causation, and other stated elements relate to one another, or compare offenses for study and case preparation.
Follow up with corrections, additional facts, or a preferred format to refine the written analysis. Check legal authorities and conclusions against current law and qualified counsel as appropriate.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
A substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal research or advice from qualified counsel.
Analysis that depends on facts, statutes, or case law you have not supplied.
Provides written analysis from information in the chat; it does not browse for current law or verify authorities.
Does not determine guilt, provide a binding legal conclusion, or replace review by a qualified legal professional.
