Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For homeowners, landlords, and property managers checking a building after an earthquake, get a room-by-room inspection checklist, a damage log for cracks, fallen materials, and utility concerns, and a repair-priority list based on what you observe. Enter measurements, locations, and contractor quotes to compare estimated repair costs. Leave with a record to share with an inspector or contractor—not a structural safety determination.
What it writes
Room-by-room earthquake damage checklist
Photo and observation damage log
Repair urgency and quote comparison table
How to use it
In your first message, name the building type, affected rooms, visible damage, and any measurements. Add whether doors stick, utilities are affected, or debris fell; those details shape the inspection checklist and repair priorities.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Room locations and visible damage
Approximate measurements or counts
Repair quotes, if available
Wait until authorities permit re-entry
A good fit for
Checking a home after shaking caused new cracks and fallen plaster
Recording damage across rental units before contacting repair contractors
Comparing repair quotes after an earthquake damaged several rooms
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
My two-story house has a new diagonal crack above a first-floor window and fallen plaster in the hallway. Give me an inspection checklist and damage log.
I manage a six-unit apartment building. Tenants reported jammed doors and cracked ceilings after last night's quake; help me rank what to document first.
A contractor quoted $8,400 for drywall and ceiling repairs, and another quoted $11,200 including paint. Make a cost comparison table and list questions to ask.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Determining if a damaged building is safe to enter
Replacing an on-site structural inspection
Cannot inspect buildings, photos, or structural plans
