Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written data-localization planning brief from your jurisdictions, data types, business workflows, and any legal or internal requirements you provide. The Agent can organize that information into storage considerations, cross-border flow questions, and points for technical or legal review. In follow-up, add constraints or correct assumptions to refine the draft into a clearer implementation checklist. Requirements vary and change, so have qualified counsel verify applicable law before acting.
What it writes
A data-localization planning brief organized by jurisdiction, data type, and workflow
A written map of supplied data flows with cross-border review questions
A draft implementation checklist assigning practical review points to legal and technical teams
How to use it
The task framing helps turn jurisdiction, data-flow, and policy details into a usable written plan rather than a general overview. Conversational revisions let you add constraints, clarify assumptions, and reshape the brief or checklist for the stakeholders who will review it.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Jurisdictions involved and the relevant data types or categories
A plain-text description of current data flows, systems, and business workflows
Any applicable legal materials, internal policies, or known technical constraints you want considered
Identify the jurisdictions and business activity the planning work should cover
Gather any relevant current legal or internal requirements you want reflected in the draft
A good fit for
Organizations mapping where data is collected, stored, accessed, or transferred
Teams comparing storage approaches against supplied localization requirements
Preparing a structured review brief for legal, privacy, or technical stakeholders

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Obtaining a definitive legal opinion or confirmation that an organization complies with current law
Operating infrastructure, changing storage locations, or implementing controls
Works from information supplied in chat and cannot browse for or verify current laws or regulatory updates
Can draft plans and checklists, but cannot configure systems, inspect infrastructure, or confirm compliance
