Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a privacy data map that organizes what personal data your organization handles, where it comes from, how it moves, and where it is stored. Share details about relevant teams, systems, vendors, purposes, and retention practices; a rough inventory is a useful starting point. Follow up with corrections, missing details, or a preferred format to refine the map and surface questions for your team to investigate. Have appropriate privacy or legal specialists review it for your obligations.
What it writes
A structured inventory of data-processing activities and their known attributes
A written description of data flows among processes, systems, teams, and recipients
A list of unanswered mapping questions and information gaps for follow-up
How to use it
The task is framed around documenting data handling from the details you supply, with structure for processes, flows, and open questions. Conversational revisions let you correct assumptions, add missing context, and reshape the written map as your inventory develops.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Names or descriptions of business processes, teams, and systems that handle personal data
Known data types, sources, purposes, recipients, storage locations, and retention practices
Any preferred map structure, terminology, or applicable jurisdiction to consider
Provide process and system details in the chat; the Agent cannot inspect files or connect to your systems
Use information you are authorized to share, and remove sensitive personal data where possible
A good fit for
Privacy teams assembling an initial inventory of personal-data handling
Organizations documenting data flows across teams, systems, and vendors
Teams updating an existing map after changes to processes or systems
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Draft a data map for [process] using these details about data types, sources, systems, recipients, and purposes: [information].
Organize this inventory into a data-flow map outline, and flag gaps to investigate: [systems and process notes].
Revise this existing data map for [team or process] using these changes: [updates]; keep the format [preferred structure].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Organizations seeking a certification, legal opinion, or assurance of compliance
Users who need live discovery of systems, databases, or vendor practices
Produces written mapping drafts from information you provide; it cannot verify actual system flows or storage
Does not determine legal compliance; have qualified privacy or legal reviewers assess the map
