Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

If you manage a medical device, connected health product, or its data program, map what the device collects, where data goes, and who can access it. Compare those flows with your stated policies and jurisdictions, then identify gaps and questions for privacy, security, or legal teams. Leave with a risk list, safeguard options, and a stakeholder briefing grounded in your scenario.

What it writes

  • Medical-device data-flow risk list
  • Prioritized privacy safeguards and review questions
  • Stakeholder briefing on device data practices

How to use it

In your first message, name the device’s purpose, each data type, where it is stored, who receives it, retention periods, and the jurisdictions involved. That lets the review focus on specific flows and gaps.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Device purpose and data collected
  • Data destinations, recipients, and retention
  • Relevant policies and jurisdictions
  • Know the device’s intended use

A good fit for

  • Assessing a connected device before sharing patient data with vendors
  • Preparing for an internal review of device data collection and access
  • Explaining data flows to a hospital privacy or security team

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Our remote monitoring device collects heart rate and activity data, stores it with a cloud vendor, and shares alerts with clinics in California. What privacy risks and questions should we review?

We are adding location data to a wearable used by patients in Germany and France. Compare the new data flow with our policy and list safeguards to assess.

I need to brief our hospital privacy team on a connected infusion pump. It logs usage and errors, sends data to the manufacturer, and retains records for five years.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Legal advice or a compliance determination
  • Investigating live device or vendor systems
  • Not a substitute for counsel’s assessment
  • Cannot inspect device networks, apps, or vendor systems
  • Findings depend on the data flows and policies you describe

What if the response is not right for me?

Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Can I use the response in my work?

Use it as a draft to review and adapt. Verify calculations, facts, rights, and suitability before relying on it. Do not provide information you do not have permission to share.

Can I paste work or client information?

Your request and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Use placeholders and share only the minimum information you have permission to send. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information; removing names alone does not make restricted material suitable. Review the Privacy Policy before sharing work
