Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a clearer starting point for a criminal direct appeal by sharing the jurisdiction, relevant court dates and orders, current procedural stage, and the issues or questions you want to examine. This Agent can organize the supplied facts into a written timeline, document checklist, and outline of procedural questions. Follow up with missing dates, corrected facts, or counsel’s feedback to revise the draft. Confirm deadlines and legal strategy with a qualified lawyer; this draft does not file or manage an appeal.
What it writes
A preliminary direct-appeal timeline with dates and items marked for verification
A case-specific document and information checklist based on your description
A structured outline of potential appeal issues and questions to discuss with counsel
How to use it
The task framing centers on preparing for a criminal direct appeal, turning details you provide into readable timelines, checklists, and discussion outlines. You can correct facts, add context, or respond to counsel’s feedback in follow-up messages to refine the written preparation.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Jurisdiction, court, and current stage of the criminal case
Relevant decision and date, plus any known notice or filing deadlines
Issues to raise, available case documents described in text, and questions for counsel
Provide the jurisdiction and case stage; omit names and other identifying details where possible.
Have the relevant dates and facts available in text, and distinguish confirmed information from uncertainty.
A good fit for
People preparing to discuss a possible criminal direct appeal with a lawyer
Legal professionals organizing supplied case facts into a preliminary appeal-preparation outline
Users who need a written timeline, document checklist, or procedural questions based on details they provide

It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Anyone seeking representation, a definitive legal opinion, or a guarantee of appeal success
Anyone needing a filing submitted, a deadline independently verified, or a case managed
Can organize supplied information and draft written checklists, timelines, and questions; it cannot inspect case files or independently verify current court rules or deadlines.
