Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a clear comparison of environmental hazards and potential exposure across communities. Share the locations or populations you want to compare, any relevant context, and figures or observations you already have; the Agent can organize them into patterns, questions, and planning considerations. Follow up with corrections, a specific audience, or a goal such as a community briefing to refine the draft. Its analysis is based on what you provide, not independently verified environmental data.
What it writes
A structured comparison of supplied exposure information across communities.
A summary of potential disparities, assumptions, and unanswered questions based on provided material.
A written planning or advocacy brief tailored to a specified audience.
How to use it
The Agent frames the task around comparing communities, hazards, and supplied evidence, then organizes the material into readable findings and questions. You can correct assumptions, add context, or change the audience in follow-up turns to refine the written analysis.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Name the communities, locations, or populations to compare and the environmental hazard of interest.
Provide any exposure figures, observations, or background context you want considered.
Note the intended use or audience, such as planning discussion or community briefing.
Have a specific hazard and populations or locations in mind.
For a meaningful comparison, provide relevant figures or observations when available.
A good fit for
Organizing supplied information about possible differences in environmental exposure between populations.
Identifying patterns and follow-up questions for environmental equity discussions.
Drafting planning notes or advocacy materials grounded in user-provided context.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Compare these communities for potential exposure to [hazard]: [locations or populations], [supplied figures or observations], and [context].
Organize these notes about [environmental concern] into possible inequity patterns and questions for further investigation: [notes].
Draft a [briefing or planning note] for [audience] using this information about [communities and hazard]: [details].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Establishing actual exposure levels without reliable data supplied by the user.
Providing a legal determination, formal environmental assessment, or proof of discrimination.
The Agent can compare and calculate from supplied information, but cannot browse for or verify current environmental data.
Interpretations are preliminary; check data quality and consult qualified environmental or legal professionals for formal assessments.
