Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

For dispatch supervisors and trainers preparing for a defined incident or service scenario, map call priorities against local procedures, compare resource assignments against staffing limits, and set out responder coordination steps. Leave with a scenario-specific priority guide, resource plan, or checklist that staff can review before training or policy approval.

What it writes

  • Scenario call-priority guide
  • Shift resource-allocation plan
  • Responder coordination checklist

How to use it

In your first message, name the service, scenario, intended use, and the exact priority rules or unit limits. For example, state which calls take precedence and how many units are available.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Service type and incident scenario
  • Relevant local procedures and terminology
  • Staffing, unit counts, and known limits
  • Use a planning or training scenario
  • Know which local procedures apply

A good fit for

  • Preparing a call-priority guide for a multi-vehicle collision exercise
  • Planning unit coverage during a shift with two staff absent
  • Turning radio handoff steps into a checklist for a severe-weather drill

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

We’re training for a highway pileup with four callers and two available units. Make a call-priority guide using these rules: life threats first, then blocked lanes.

Our overnight shift has six dispatchers, three ambulances, and two fire units. Compare resource assignments for a flood evacuation across three neighborhoods.

Make a responder coordination checklist for a severe-weather drill: dispatch issues alerts, confirms unit status, assigns staging, and logs handoffs.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Live call triage or emergency dispatch decisions
  • Replacing approved protocols or incident command
  • Consult a qualified supervisor before operational use
  • Cannot verify current local protocols or changing unit availability
  • Cannot dispatch responders or direct an active incident
