Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

For dispatch supervisors and public-safety teams reviewing call-handling procedures, share the protocol wording or describe the steps. Get a review that flags ambiguous instructions, conflicting steps, and gaps in the workflow. Compare proposed approaches against your staffing, equipment, and policy constraints, then leave with revision options, sample guideline language, and questions for your team to resolve.

What it writes

  • Dispatch procedure gap review
  • Protocol options comparison table
  • Proposed guideline language and review questions

How to use it

Include the exact procedure steps, the dispatch role involved, and the operational concern. Add constraints such as staffing, hours, or equipment so the review can distinguish wording problems from workflow limits.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Relevant procedure wording or workflow steps
  • Review goal and operational constraints
  • Remove names and identifying call details

A good fit for

  • Checking a call-taking procedure with conflicting instructions
  • Comparing dispatch workflow options under staffing constraints
  • Preparing guideline changes for a supervisor or team meeting

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Review this call-taking procedure for conflicting steps: calls with possible overdose symptoms go to medical dispatch, but our after-hours guide sends them to police. Our goal is one consistent routing rule.

Compare two radio dispatch approaches for fire calls: dispatch all units at once, or send the first-due unit before assigning support. We have one dispatcher overnight and want fewer radio delays.

Write proposed guideline language for transferring a 911 caller to medical dispatch. The caller must stay on the line, and the receiving dispatcher must confirm they have the call. Flag policy questions.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Making decisions during an active emergency
  • Replacing local policy or qualified public-safety review
  • Cannot verify current laws, agency policy, or radio systems

What if the response is not right for me?

Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Can I use the response in my work?

Use it as a draft to review and adapt. Verify calculations, facts, rights, and suitability before relying on it. Do not provide information you do not have permission to share.

Can I paste work or client information?

Your request and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Use placeholders and share only the minimum information you have permission to send.
