Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Share the child’s age, strengths, developmental concerns, daily routines, and priorities, along with any relevant notes or recommendations you already have. Get a written plan outline with measurable goals, possible support strategies, and a simple way to record observations over time. Follow up with new details or feedback to clarify goals, adjust the wording, or reorganize the draft. Use the plan to prepare for discussion with the child’s qualified health or education professionals; it is not a diagnosis or professional assessment.
What it writes
An editable early intervention plan outline organized around supplied priorities.
A set of clear, observable goal statements tailored to the details provided.
A progress-observation template with prompts for follow-up discussion.
How to use it
The task framing helps turn family observations and priorities into organized written planning materials. You can refine the goals, format, and observation prompts through follow-up conversation as context changes, while keeping professional assessment and care decisions with the appropriate team.
