Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For emergency managers preparing an Emergency Operations Center response to an incident, set planning-period objectives, map agency responsibilities, and list resource priorities and coordination points. Share a scenario or incident update and leave with an EOC action plan outline, an agency tasking table, and questions to resolve before the planning meeting.
What it writes
EOC objectives and coordination plan
Agency roles and resource priority table
Operational-period plan with open questions
How to use it
Include the incident location, current conditions, planning period, priority objectives, agency names, available resources, and constraints in your first message. Flag unknowns so the plan can separate confirmed facts from questions.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Incident situation and planning period
Agency roles, objectives, and available resources
Known constraints and plan format
Use your jurisdiction’s EOC plan format
A good fit for
Preparing an EOC planning meeting for an approaching storm
Coordinating agency roles after a multi-jurisdictional incident update

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
A river flood is forecast to reach three towns by 6 p.m. Draft EOC objectives and coordination steps for the next 12-hour operational period.
Our county EOC has public health, fire, public works, and school district representatives. Build a responsibility table for a sheltering operation with 600 residents.
Update this EOC action plan for a chemical spill: the evacuation zone doubled, one shelter closed, and the next operational period starts at 0700.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Directing an active emergency response
Verifying live conditions or resource availability
Follow your jurisdiction’s emergency procedures
Cannot check live incident data or agency systems
