Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a written assessment or planning draft for a public health emergency response system. Share the hazard or scenario, the communities and services involved, current plans or constraints, and the questions you need answered. The draft can organize readiness considerations, resource-allocation priorities, or communication protocols. Follow up with corrections, additional context, or a preferred format to refine it. Treat the result as planning support, and have qualified local responders review it before use.
What it writes
A structured emergency response readiness assessment draft with identified questions and considerations.
A written resource-allocation framework based on supplied capacities, needs, and constraints.
A communication protocol outline with roles, audiences, and message-flow considerations.
How to use it
The Agent frames the task around public health response systems, organizing supplied scenario details into readable planning material. You can refine assumptions, add local context, or request a different structure in follow-up; the resulting draft still needs review by qualified local personnel.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the hazard, scenario, or preparedness question and the public health setting.
Provide relevant plans, staffing or resource constraints, populations served, and communication arrangements as text.
State the desired audience, format, and level of detail.
Use current local emergency plans and authoritative guidance as the source for jurisdiction-specific requirements.
Remove sensitive personal or security-critical information before sharing details.
A good fit for
Organizing a readiness review around a defined hazard and existing response plans.
Drafting resource-allocation considerations from supplied needs and capacity information.
Structuring communication protocol recommendations for agencies or public health partners.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Responding to an active emergency or replacing instructions from emergency services or public health authorities.
Providing a validated assessment of local readiness or making operational decisions on behalf of responders.
Can draft and revise written plans, checklists, and recommendations from information supplied in chat; it cannot verify live conditions or coordinate responders.
Cannot access external systems, contact agencies, dispatch resources, or implement or monitor a response.
