Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For emergency-service managers, analysts, and public agencies reviewing response times, compare services, areas, or reporting periods using the figures you enter. Check how different response-time definitions affect comparisons, spot patterns that merit investigation, and map possible bottlenecks against call volume, staffing, or geography. Leave with a comparison table, questions for data owners, and improvement options tied to your stated constraints.
What it writes
Response-time comparison table with caveats
Bottleneck review and data-owner questions
Prioritized response-time improvement options
How to use it
Include the response-time measure, units, period, comparison groups, and any changes in call volume or staffing. Those specifics help separate genuine performance shifts from differences in definitions or operating conditions.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Response figures, units, and reporting periods
Response-time definitions and comparison groups
Call volume, staffing, geography, or service context
Use consistent definitions for comparisons
A good fit for
Comparing ambulance response times across districts with different call volumes
Reviewing fire-service response trends before a staffing or station review
Preparing a public report on police response times across reporting periods
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Compare ambulance response times for North and South districts: median times are 8.4 and 10.1 minutes for January through March; calls rose 18% in North. Flag caveats and likely questions.
Review our fire-service data: 90th-percentile response time rose from 12 to 15 minutes over six months, while staffing stayed flat. Suggest patterns to investigate before we draw conclusions.
Create improvement options for a rural ambulance service with a 14-minute median response time, two stations, and long travel distances. Separate evidence-based findings from assumptions to check.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Active emergencies or incident response decisions
Official performance findings or live response-time data
Medical, legal, or operational decisions
Cannot verify figures, locate live data, or inspect source files
Findings depend on the definitions and figures you enter
