Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

When a family is weighing life support, comfort-focused care, or a change in treatment goals, sort the ethical questions before the next discussion. Compare options against the patient’s known wishes, autonomy, and comfort; map where family members or care teams disagree; and prepare questions for the clinicians. Leave with an options comparison, a list of unresolved concerns, and words to use in a family meeting.
What it writes
Care-options comparison against patient values
Questions for the next clinician meeting
Family meeting talking points
How to use it
In your first message, name the decision, the options clinicians have discussed, and any specific wishes the patient expressed. Include where family members disagree so the comparison addresses the real conflict.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Patient’s known wishes and values
Care options clinicians have discussed
Family members’ main concerns
Know the current care decision at issue
A good fit for
Your parent is on a ventilator and the family disagrees about next steps
You need to weigh hospice against another round of treatment
A patient’s advance directive seems to conflict with current wishes
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
My 82-year-old father has been on a ventilator for 10 days after a stroke. He once said he would not want to live unable to communicate. What ethical questions should we discuss?
My mother has advanced cancer, and her oncologist offered another treatment or hospice. She values time at home over more hospital days. Help me compare the options ethically.
My brother’s advance directive says no feeding tube, but he is now confused and asking for one. What questions should our family raise with his care team?
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Urgent medical decisions or emergency care
Personalized medical or legal advice
Cannot determine prognosis or recommend a treatment
Cannot interpret records or contact the care team
