Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare an organized written draft for a health equity program: outline goals, activities, access considerations, and possible evaluation questions or measures. Share the population and setting, the program’s purpose, and any known barriers, resources, or constraints. Suggestions are based only on the information you provide, not a validated equity assessment. Follow up with corrections, community perspectives, or added context to refine the draft; review proposed measures with affected communities and relevant program professionals before use.
What it writes
A written program outline with goals, proposed activities, and access considerations.
A structured set of planning questions based on the context you provide.
Draft evaluation questions and possible measures clearly marked for stakeholder review.
How to use it
The Agent frames the task around health equity program planning and evaluation, organizing supplied context into written drafts and review questions. In conversation, you can add community perspectives, clarify constraints, and request revisions to better reflect the information available.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the community or population, setting, and health equity goal.
Share known access barriers, available resources, and program constraints.
For evaluation drafts, provide existing goals or measures and any relevant community feedback.
Provide enough context about the population, setting, and intended program purpose to guide a draft.
Have relevant stakeholders review suggestions before applying them to a real program.
A good fit for
Drafting a program outline from supplied goals, population details, and local context.
Organizing user-provided information into possible access considerations and planning questions.
Preparing suggested evaluation questions or measures for review with communities and program professionals.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Using this context [community, setting, health equity goal, known barriers], draft a program outline with goals and possible activities.
Organize these supplied details [program description, population, access concerns] into planning questions for a team discussion.
Based on these goals and existing measures [details], suggest evaluation questions and measures for community and professional review.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Conducting a validated equity assessment or independently establishing what a community needs.
Making or authorizing decisions about services, eligibility, funding, or interventions.
Replacing community participation or qualified public health and program review.
Evaluation measures and strategy suggestions are based on supplied information, not independent research or validated assessment.
Proposed measures should be reviewed with affected communities and relevant program professionals before use.
The Agent can prepare written material but cannot implement, monitor, or authorize a program.
