Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Share the relevant location, tenancy facts, reason for the notice, key dates, and any wording you already have. This Agent can organize those details into a draft for review, explain what the wording appears to say, or create a checklist of questions to investigate. Follow up with corrections, missing facts, or the notice type to refine the draft. Laws and deadlines vary; check requirements with a qualified local source before serving a notice.
What it writes
A structured eviction-notice draft based on supplied tenancy details.
A plain-language explanation of provided notice wording.
A checklist of missing facts and local requirements to verify before serving.
How to use it
The Agent frames the task around notice type, location, tenancy facts, and dates, then turns supplied information into organized draft language or review questions. You can clarify facts or request wording changes in follow-up messages, while keeping legal verification with a qualified local source.
This workspace provides text assistance.

A good fit for
Landlords organizing tenancy facts into a notice draft for local review.
People who want an existing notice explained in plain language.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Confirming that a notice complies with current local law or calculating a legally binding deadline.
Replacing advice from a qualified local housing lawyer or other authorized adviser.
Produces written preparation and explanations only; it cannot serve, file, or deliver a notice.
Cannot check live legal sources or guarantee that a draft meets current requirements; arrange local human review before use.
