Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

For leaders, board members, and reviewers assessing a specific executive-misconduct incident, use the known timeline and source excerpts to separate established facts from allegations and unanswered questions. Map possible governance, compliance, performance, and reputation concerns, then set out questions for internal review. Leave with an incident summary or governance brief for the intended audience, based only on the information you enter.

What it writes

  • Executive misconduct incident summary
  • Board or audit committee briefing
  • Reviewer questions and risk outline

How to use it

In your first message, include dates, who observed each event, the source for each claim, what remains disputed, and who will read the brief. That lets the summary distinguish evidence from inference.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Incident timeline with dates and actions
  • Relevant excerpts pasted as text
  • Company context and intended audience
  • Remove personal data you cannot share

A good fit for

  • Preparing a board brief after allegations about a senior executive
  • Reviewing a timeline of executive conduct before an internal risk meeting
  • Assessing company exposure after misconduct becomes publicly known

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Our CFO was accused of directing staff to alter sales figures in March. Here are the dated emails and interview notes; prepare a neutral board brief separating facts, allegations, and open questions.

I’m preparing for an audit committee meeting about a CEO’s undisclosed relationship with a supplier. Use these incident notes to map governance and reputation concerns and suggest questions for reviewers.

The COO’s expense reports show repeated personal charges from January through June, and he says they were approved. Arrange these excerpts into a timeline and flag facts that still need verification.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Independent investigation or evidence collection
  • Legal, compliance, or employment decisions
  • Have counsel review legal implications before relying on the brief
  • Cannot verify allegations or identify current facts independently
  • Cannot open evidence files or contact witnesses
