Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
If a health insurance EOB leaves you unsure what you owe, paste its redacted entries to see what billed and allowed amounts, insurer payments, and adjustments mean. Get denial or remark codes explained in everyday terms, compare EOB figures with a bill, and leave with specific questions to ask your insurer or provider. An EOB is not itself a bill.
What it writes
EOB line-by-line amount explanation
EOB and bill figure comparison
Questions to ask insurer or provider
How to use it
For the best breakdown, paste the service date, billed and allowed amounts, insurer payment, patient responsibility, and every adjustment or denial code. Remove identifying information first.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Relevant EOB wording, amounts, and codes
Redacted bill figures for a comparison
Relevant plan wording, if available
Remove names and member or claim numbers
A good fit for
Trying to understand why an EOB shows a patient balance
Seeing a denial code you do not recognize on a claim
Comparing an insurer's EOB with a provider's bill
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Explain this redacted EOB: service date March 4, billed $420, allowed $180, insurer paid $120, and patient responsibility $60. How do the amounts fit together?
My EOB lists code CO-45 and says the charge exceeds the allowed amount. The billed charge was $300 and allowed amount was $190. What does that mean?
Compare these redacted figures: the EOB says I owe $45 for a lab visit, but the provider bill says $95. What questions should I ask?
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Confirming coverage, claim status, or the final amount owed
This is not a substitute for advice from your insurer or provider
Cannot access insurer records or verify claim processing
Can compare only the figures and wording you paste
