Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Get a clear written timeline and complaint-preparation draft from the housing events and records you describe. Share where the housing is, what happened, key dates, people or organizations involved, and any notes or wording you want considered. The Agent can help organize facts, identify questions to investigate, and explain general complaint-preparation steps. In follow-up, add missing details or correct assumptions to refine the timeline and draft. Check current requirements and seek qualified help before filing; it cannot submit a complaint for you.

What it writes

  • A dated, readable timeline based on the events you describe
  • A concise factual narrative draft for your review
  • A tailored list of information to gather and procedural questions to check

How to use it

The Agent frames the task around housing events, location, dates, and complaint-preparation questions, then turns supplied details into organized written material. You can clarify facts, add missing context, and request revisions in conversation before reviewing the draft with an appropriate human or agency resource.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Location of the housing and the type of housing involved
  • Description of events, dates, and people or organizations involved
  • Relevant notes, communications, or existing draft wording, provided as text
  • Be ready to describe the situation in text; no document upload is needed.
  • Include the relevant location, since complaint procedures can vary.

A good fit for

  • Organizing a sequence of events that may involve housing discrimination
  • Preparing a factual summary and questions about possible complaint steps
  • Clarifying what information may be useful to gather before seeking help

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Turn these notes into a concise factual summary for discussing a possible fair housing complaint: [notes].

Based on this situation, explain general complaint-preparation steps and list questions I should verify: [location] [events] [dates].

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Submitting, managing, or tracking a complaint with an agency or other organization
  • Getting a legal determination that discrimination occurred or a complaint will succeed
  • Handling housing matters unrelated to possible discrimination
  • Provides written preparation and general explanations, not a legal finding or professional legal advice.
  • Cannot verify current agency rules, inspect records, or file, submit, or track a complaint.
