Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Share symptoms, when they began, foods eaten, and any relevant timing or shared-meal details to prepare a written exposure timeline and practical next steps for reducing foodborne-illness risks. A follow-up with corrections or new details can refine the summary and tailor a prevention checklist. This is informational support, not a diagnosis; seek medical care for severe symptoms or urgent concerns.

What it writes

  • A readable symptom-and-exposure timeline with key unknowns called out.
  • A concise list of possible shared-exposure questions to discuss with a clinician or health authority.
  • A tailored food-handling and prevention checklist for the described setting.

How to use it

The conversation frames foodborne-illness details into an exposure timeline, identifies gaps worth clarifying, and turns supplied context into practical prevention notes. Follow-up lets you correct the timeline, add details, and request a more focused written summary or checklist.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Describe symptoms, when they started, and how they have changed.
  • List foods and drinks consumed and approximate times, including any shared meals.
  • Mention how many people are affected and any relevant health or timing details.
  • Provide the relevant symptoms, timing, and food or drink history in text.
  • For a group illness, share only details you are comfortable including and clarify what is known versus uncertain.

A good fit for

  • Organizing a symptom and food-exposure timeline for discussion with a clinician or health authority.
  • Considering possible common exposures when several people feel ill after a shared meal.
  • Preparing practical food-handling and prevention steps based on a described situation.

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Help me organize this symptom timeline and possible food exposures: [symptoms and start times], [foods and drinks with approximate times], [other affected people].

Several people became ill after [shared meal or event]. Summarize the details I provide, note possible common exposures, and suggest questions to raise with [clinician or health authority].

Create a food-safety prevention checklist for [home, event, or food-handling situation], based on these details: [practices or concerns].

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Diagnosing an illness or deciding that a particular food or venue is definitively responsible.
  • Managing an active outbreak, contacting others, or replacing urgent medical or public-health guidance.
  • Can help organize supplied information and draft prevention guidance, but cannot diagnose, verify a source, or determine whether an outbreak is occurring.
  • Cannot contact people or authorities, inspect food, test samples, or provide live public-health information.
