Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For demand planners and supply chain analysts reviewing forecast performance, compare forecast units with actual demand by product and month. Calculate an accuracy metric such as WAPE or bias when the figures support it, then flag the largest gaps and repeated over- or under-forecasting. You leave with a comparison table, a short findings summary, and questions to take into inventory-planning discussions.
What it writes
Forecast-versus-actual table by product and period
WAPE, bias, or absolute error calculations
Planning meeting findings and investigation questions
How to use it
Include product names, matching periods, forecast units, actual units, and your preferred metric in the first message. Note stockouts or promotions so the comparison does not treat unusual demand as a routine forecast miss.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Forecast and actual units labeled by product and period
Preferred metric, such as WAPE or forecast bias
Notes on promotions, stockouts, or unusual periods
Use matching products and time periods
A good fit for
Preparing a monthly forecast-versus-actual review for the planning team
Finding products repeatedly over- or under-forecast across several months
Summarizing forecast misses before an inventory-planning meeting
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Compare these monthly figures using WAPE: Widget A forecast 100, actual 120; Widget B forecast 80, actual 70. Show absolute errors and identify the larger miss.
Review these three months for bias: January forecast 500, actual 460; February forecast 520, actual 480; March forecast 510, actual 450. Summarize the pattern.
Make a planning brief from this data: North forecast 200 units, actual 230; South forecast 150, actual 130. Include the biggest gap and two questions for the team.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Live access to sales, inventory, or forecasting systems
Final inventory decisions without planner review
Calculations use only figures entered in the chat
Stockouts and demand shifts need context for interpretation
