Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For utility planners and reliability engineers, compare N-1 contingency risks, review SAIDI and SAIFI figures, and rank proposed upgrades by their likely effect on outages. Share a feeder or system scenario and the figures you have to get a risk summary, a mitigation plan, or a comparison table for planning discussions.
What it writes
Feeder outage-risk summary
Reliability upgrade comparison table
Ranked mitigation action list
How to use it
Include the system scope, study period, outage counts and durations, equipment ratings, and known constraints in your first message. Ask for a risk ranking or a specific option comparison.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Outage counts and durations
Feeder or substation ratings
Known failure causes or constraints
A defined feeder, substation, or system scope
A good fit for
Reviewing outage causes on a feeder with rising SAIFI
Comparing substation upgrades to reduce N-1 contingency exposure
Setting reliability priorities after repeated storm-related interruptions
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
A 12 kV feeder had 18 sustained outages last year, mostly from tree contact. Help me rank reliability improvements using SAIFI and likely outage impact.
Our substation has two transformers rated 40 MVA each and a 68 MVA peak. Compare the reliability risks of adding a third transformer versus demand response.
I have feeder SAIDI of 145 minutes and SAIFI of 2.3 for the year. What questions should I ask before setting next year's reliability targets?
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Live switching or protection decisions
Emergency response during an active outage
Cannot inspect live grid telemetry or run power-flow software
Recommendations depend on the figures and assumptions you enter

What am I buying?
Choose access to this named Agent or the all-Agent plan. The offers above show the current price, billing frequency, and exact scope. GPTs on ChatGPT and future Skills are separate.
What happens after payment?
Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account. Choose a starter task, add your inputs, and send your first request.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage cancellation under Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Review the status and cancellation details shown there before confirming.
What if the response is not right for me?
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Can I use the response in my work?
Use it as a draft to review and adapt. Verify calculations, facts, rights, and suitability before relying on it. Do not provide information you do not have permission to share.
Can I paste work or client information?
Your request and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Use placeholders and share only the minimum information you have permission to send. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information; removing names alone does not make restricted material suitable. Review the Privacy Policy before sharing work
